Don Hockman has handled hundreds of insurance claims, scores of lawsuits, has taken many suits to trial and written and argued many appeals.

Litigation experience: wrongful death, personal injury, product liability, employment, sexual harassment, administrative agency, and appellate work. Handled hundreds of claims, litigated scores of cases, and took many through jury trial and appeal. Member of the Florida Bar since 1980, always in good standing.

He has trained two sons to become successful trial lawyers.  His youngest is still practicing with him,  His oldest, Don Jr., has returned to Tallahassee where his wife's family is from.  Don Jr. is now a lawyer for the Department of Agriculture where he is a hearing officer and a manager for the part of the department that handles concealed weapons permits.
